Author’s note: The Following article is small, yet has very pertinent information in it. I hope you can use the documents in this article to prove to uninformed citizens that the Federal Reserve is, in fact, a criminal organization.
The Federal Reserve, a private centralized bank established in 1913 along with its cohort, the income tax has taken part, in fact, has been the conspirator in the many economic atrocities that have faced this nation. However, I must first point out the reason why I saw the Federal Reserve is “private.” One example of this would be when Federal Reserve Chairman, Benjamin Bernanke, asked if he could name the banks he allocated billions of dollars to, he simply said “no.” (video below) According to the court case Lewis v. United States, 680 F.2d 1239 (1982) the Federal Reserve banks “are independent, privately owned, and locally controlled corporations.” I have been provided with another Congressional Record from May 23, 1933. It is a motion for impeachment of the United States Federal Reserve Members instigated by Louis T. McFadden.
House member McFadden, after naming the numerous heads of Federal Reserve banks he was charging with high crimes and misdemeanors and offering his resolution, he again listed the names and proceeded with one of their many crimes brought forth in the Congressional Record. The following excerpt is from the first paragraph of his resolution and after naming the persons he was charging (the second time):
“. . . [after listing the members and stating that he is charging them] jointly and severally, with violations of the Constitution and laws of the United States, and whereas I charged them with having taken funds from the United States Treasury which were not appropriated by the Congress of the United States, and I charge them with having unlawfully taken over $80,000, 000, 000 from the United States Treasury to the extent of over $80,000,000,000 in the year 1928, and I charge them with similar thefts committed in 1929, 1930, 1931, 1932, and 1933, and in years previous to 1928, amounting to billions of dollars;. . .”
It is astounding and nearly hard to imagine that a supposedly federal agency, (which is really private, as established in the latter paragraphs, but in the eyes of the public it is a public federal agency) only more than a decade old, was already conspiring and conspired a plan to steal billions of dollars from the Treasury. I encourage you, as I always do, to read the Congressional Record to see for yourself what the devious crimes this privately owned bank was already up to a few years after its establishment.
