Department of State publication 7277, which can also be called “Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament In A Peaceful World,” published September, 1961, is essentially an extension of Department of State publication 3972 entitled “Our Foreign Policy.”
The title of Department of State publication 7277 illustrates its tenets just by its title. This program is in cahoots with the United Nations. We have the seen the disarmament plan be implemented smoothly on a paced course for the eventual complete disarmament with bans such as the Assault Weapons Gun Ban. Again, as I did with publication 3972, I will not break down this document because I want you to read it for yourself so you can come to your own conclusion.
