The judge is clearly explaining what he want to see. A specific list (who, what, when, where) of grievances, and a clear appeal to the Voting Rights Act.
Got it. I have a copy of the Judge’s ruling, and I’m going through it now. Also trying to contact Mr. Gilbert to see if he can elaborate on the situation. I am glad to know that Judge Carter explicitly said in the ruling that the delegates may be able to vote their free will in Tampa as per the Voting Rights Act. (if I understand all this clearly.)

Where did this happen…If I had known, I would have gone! I am praying right now, and will continue to do so throughout the day and night! God has blessed all the work of our hands, and not withheld the requests of our lips!
Not completely sure, but I just heard that Judge Carter dismissed… SAD FACE :(
